The Platform provides tools that allow users to generate logos and digital content using automated systems, algorithms, and AI technologies based on user input.

• Does not provide legal or branding advice
• Does not guarantee accuracy or suitability of generated content

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under their account

Users also agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Violate third-party rights
• Misuse the Platform

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

All content generated or uploaded by users (“User Content”) remains the responsibility of the user.

Users confirm that:

• They grant the Platform a limited license to process and display such content

We reserve the right to remove or review content at our discretion.

• Similar or identical logos may be generated for other users

The Platform shall NOT be liable for:

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark disputes
• Financial loss
• Data loss
• Reputational damage

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

9. Indemnification
